Possums are amongst some of the ugliest critters around, lol.

I saw a possom on another blog today, lol…eating their cats food.

My sister-in-law is Honduran. Early on in their marriage, she suddenly started letting the trash bags pile up in their little apartment, and seemed freaked out to go to the dumpster with the trash. When my bro-in-law questioned her about it, she shook her head violently. “Rattona!” and would shudder. Turns out there was a big giant possum (she thought it was a giant rat, lol) that lived around the apartment dumpsters and was so unafraid of folks that it came out when they were dumping their trash bags in…usually with that FREAKY face, lol.

Needless to say, my bro-in-law had to start taking the trash out as she was too frightened, lol.
