Well, break out the bread pans then because it’s banana bread baking time! 

I don’t know about you but I’ve always struggled with preventing dry banana bread.  Until I discovered this recipe.  Banana Sour Cream Bread is delicious.  And oh so moist.  Even when you overcook it every single time you bake it.  Like I do.  I’ve cut open too many loaves of bread batter glop.  So pardon me for being a little gun shy when it comes to cooking it to perfection.  I like to add a couple minutes to perfection.  But that’s just me.  This recipe is so forgiving to my extra minutes.  It still comes out super tasty and moist.
